day of August. 1981. as the date on wh ich the provisions of ~ub-para·

g.mph (iii) of pcIfllgrapb (c) of subsection (I) of section 8 of tile Excise

Duty (Crown Corks and Non-alcoholic Concen trates) Ordinance, 1961.
