Malta !>olke (Am ..... dment) Rfgulafions. 198'7

IN exercise of the powers oooferred by sec tioo 34 of the Malta

Po~ce Ord inance. 1961. the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for

Internal Affairs and J ustice has mad e the following regulations:-

I. These regulations may be cited as the Maha Police (Amend-

ment) Regulations. 1987. and shall be T<:ad and oonstrued as one with

the Malta Police Regulations. 1960. hereinafta rderred to as Hthe

principal regulations".

Regulation 3 of the pr;rn;ip3i regulations shall be amended as

jemendaw ir-Regolamenti dwar il-Pulizija ta' Malta, u għandhom

jinqraw u jiftiehmu ħaġa waħda mar-Regolamenti ta' 1-1960 dwar il- A.L 14 ta'

Pulizija ta' Malta, hawnhekk iżjed 'il quddiem imsejħa “ir-regolamenti 1-1960

prinċipali”.

fol1ows:-

(a) ill paragraph (a ) thereof for the words "thi rty years"

there shall be subst ituted the words "thirty-fi ve years and

;

(b) in paragraph (b) theTeQf for the words "1.70 metres"

there shall be substi tuted the words " 1.676 metres".
