IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by su bsection (3) of

se<:tion 3 of the National Day and otber Public Holidays Act. [975,

tbe Prime Minister bas made the following order:-

I . Tbis order may be cited as tbe Publ ic Holidays (Amendment)

(No. 2) Order. 1987. and sball be read and construed as one with the

National Day and other Public Holidays Act, 1975, hereinafter referred

to as "the Act".
