Housing Authority (fransl'er of Assets) (No. 3) Order, 1987

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sectioo 12 of tbe Housing

Authority Act, 1976.lhe Acting President of Malta has made the follow.

ing order:-

This order may be cited as the Housing Authority (Transfer of

Assets) (No. )) Order. 1987.

The properly described in paragraph 4 of this order is hereby

specified for the purposes of section 12 of the Housing Authority Act.

1976.

The property specified in paragraph 2 of this order shall be

transferm:! and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the section

aforesaid with effect from the 27th April. 1987.

The property referred to in paragraph 2 of this order is the

fo1iowing. that is to say

(a) The following land forming part of the San Gwann (io.

vernment Housing Estate. limits or San Gwann

(i) An area of land consisting or the plot in the said

Estate known as Plot No. 20 having an area of approximately

225.S square metres. bounded on the North by property of

Salvina Marguerat. South and West by public roads;

(ii) An area of land consisting of me plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 21 to 24 haYing an area of approxi.

mately 656 square metres. bounded on the North. East and

West by public l"(lIIds;

(b) The following land forming pt.rt of the Tal..(]jbjun

Government Housing Estate, limits of :2:urrieq

(i) An area of land consisting of the plots in !he said

Estate known as Plot NOfi. 1 to 7 haYing an area of approxi-

mately 1696 squall: metres bounded on the North·West, South·

West and North-East by GoYernment property;

(ji) An area of land consisting of Ibe plots in the said

Estate mown as Plot Nos. 8 to 14 baying an area of approxi-

mately 1664 square metres bounded on the North-West. South-

West and North-East by GoY1:mment property;

(iii) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. IS to 21 having an area of approxi-

mately 1680 square !mITes bounded on the Nortb-East, South-

West and South-East by GOY1:rnment property

(iv) An all:a of land consisting of the plou in the said

Estate mown as Plot Nos. 22 to 27 having an area of approxi-

mately 1470 square!lH)tres bounded on the North-West, South-

West and North-East by Government property

(y) An area of land consisting of the plou in the said

Estate mown as Plot Nos. 28 to 38 haYing an area. of approxi-

mately 2392.5 square metres bounded on the North. South and East by

Government property;

(vi) An area of land constisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 39 to 46 having an area of approxi-

mately 1890 square metres bounded on the North-West, South-

West and North-East by Government property;

(vii) An area of land constisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 47 to 50 having an area of approxi-

mately 1098 square metres bounded on the North-West, South-

West and North-East by Government property;

(viii) An area of land constisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 51 to 62 having an area of approxi-

mately 2448 square metres bounded on the North-West, South-

West and North-East by Government property;

(ix) An area of land constisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 63 to 81 having an area of approxi-

mately 4285 square metres bounded on the North-West, South-

West and North-East by Government property;

(c)

A first-floor flat at premises numbered 19, St Luke

Street, Paola.

(d)

House numbered 105 in the Government Housing Estate,

Żejtun.
