Housing Authority (Transfer of Assets) (No. 2) Order, 1987

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Housing

Authority Act, 1976, the Acting President of Malta has made the

following order:~

I. This order may be cited as the Housing Authority (Transfer

of Assets) (No. 2) Order, 1987.

The property described in paragraph 4 of this order is he reby

specified for the purposes of section 12 of the Housing Authority Act,

1976.

The property specified in paragraph 2 of this order shaH be

transferred and vest in th e HousingAuthority as provided in the section

aforesaid with cffet:\ from the 30th March, 1987.

The property referred 10 in paragnlph 2 o f Ihis order is th e

following, that is to say

(a) An area of land forming part of the Fgura Government

Housing Estate (Near School), limits of Fgura, consisting of the

plots in the said Estate known as Plot Nos. 74 to 82 having an

area of approximately 1566 square met res , bounded on the North,

South and West by Government property.

(b) An area of land forming part of the Gudja (Tal- Milhna)

Government Housing Estate, limits of Gudja, additional to Plot

No. 70 in the said Estate having an area of approximntely 20

square me tres bounded on the North by property of the Housing

Authority and South nnd South-West by public roads.

(c) The following land fonning part of the Mosta (Tal-Blala

I-Gholja) Government Housing Estate, limits of Mosta

(i) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. I to 8 having an area of

approximately 2521 square metres bounded on the North-

West. South-East and North-East by Government property;

(ii) An urea of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 9 to 16 having an area of

approximately 2387 square metres bounded on the North-East,

South-West and South-East by Government property;

(iii) An area of land consisting of th e plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 17 to 24 having an Brea of

approximately 2293 square metres bounded on the North-East,

South-West and South-East by Government property;

(iv) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 25 to 42 having an area of

approximately 5769 square melres bounded on the South-East,

East and South-West by Government property;

(v) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as PlO! Nos. 43 10 65 having an area of

approximately 5231 square metres bounded on the North-

West, South-East and North-East by Government property;

(vi) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 66 10 99 having an area of

approximately 7547 sq uare metres bounded on the North -East,

South-West and Soulh-East by Government property;

(vii) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 100 to 127 having an area of

apprOximately 5803 square metres bounded on the North-East,

South-West and South-East by Government property_

(d) The following land forming part of the Oormi (Near

Central Supplies) Government Housing Est31e. limits of Qormi

(i) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. I to 11 and 16 to 31 having an

area of approximately 4487 square melres bounded on the

North-West, South-West and Nortb-East by Government

property;

(ii) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 32 to 47 having an area of

approximately 2899 square metres bounded on the Nort b-

West, South-West and North-East by Government property.

(e) The following land forming part of the Pembroke (St

George'$) Government Housing Estate. limits of SI Julians

(i) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 130 to 145 having an area of

approximately 5170 square metres bounded on the North by

a public road, South-East and West by Government property ;

(ii) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 146 to 159 having an area of

approximately 4173 square metres bounded on the North,

So uth and East by Government property;

(iii) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 160 to 171 having an area of

approximately 3685 square metres bounded on the North-East,

South-West and South by Government property;

(iv) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. In to 181 and 190 to 198 havi ng

an area of approximately 5992 square metres bounded on the

North-West, South-West, and South-East by Government

property;

(v) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 182 \0 189 having an area of

approximately 2446 sq uare metres bounded on the North-

West, South , North -East and Soutb-East by Government

property;

(vi) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 199 to 206 having an area of

approximately 2400 square metres bounded on the North-

West. South-West and North-East by Government property;

(vii) An area of land co nsisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. un 10 212 haYiog an area of

approximately 1800 square metres bounded on the North-

West, South-East and North-East by Government property;

(viii) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 213 to 218 having an area of

approximately 1800 sq uare metres bounded on the North-

West, South-East and North-East by Government property;

(ix) An area o f land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 219 to 228 having an area of

approximately 3000 square metres bounded on the North-

West , South-East and North-East by Government property;

(x) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 219 to 238 having an area of

approximately 2998 square metres bounded on th e North·

West, South-East and North -East by Government property.
