IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 35A of the Medica l

and Kindred Professions Ordinance, the Minister of Health, afler coruul-

talion with the Council of Health. has made the following regulalions:_

l. These regulations may be cited a5 the Dispensaries (Licensing)

(Amendment) Regulations, 1987. and shall be read and construed as one

with lhe Dispensaries (Licensing) Regulations, 1984. hereinafter referred

to as "the principal regulations".

Regulation S of the principal regulations shall be amended as

follows

la) in paragraph (4) thereof the words "and paragraph m (in

respect of grant only)" shall be deleted; and

(h) paragraph (7) thereof shaU be deleted.
