IN cxcrrise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees

Ordinance, the Minister of Trade and Economic Plann ing. with the

concurrence of the Minister of Finance and Customs has made the

following rcgulalions:-

issue of un imparl licence under tbe Importation (Control) Regula·

tions, 1969 a fee of Lrnl on every lice nce so issued.

(2) Payment of such fctl sha ll be denoted by affllling a

postage slam p 10 the va lue of such fee on the licence. Such stamp

shall be affixed by the applican t on the custom! copy of the licence

at the time of its first presentation to the Comptroller of Customs for

Ibe release of goods to wh ich it refers. The Comptroller of Customs

sha ll oblitera te the stamp by means of a da te stamp.
