Police Lictnca (Amendm ent) Rqul. tlo .... 1986

IN excrcise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Police

Licences Act. 1949. the Prime Minister has made the folJowiog regula·

tions;-

I . These regulations may be d ted as the Police Ucences (Amend-

ment) Re~!Ulat ioos. 1981>. and $ball be read a nd construed as one with

the Police Licences Regulations. 1 9~9. herei nafter refcrred to as ··the

principal regulations".

The First Schedule to the pri nci pal regulations shall be amended

as follows

for item 62A there shall be substi tuted the following;

(j)

"62A. For the use of a tractor intended

to be used also abroad;

(a) whe re its towing ca paci ty is between

3 and 10 tonnes

(b) where its carryin g or loadin g capa-

city exceeds 10 tonnes

Provided that on the first issue of a licence

in respect of 0. tractor intended to be used also

abroad, there shall be levied, in lieu of the fee.
