Berthlng (Amendment) Regu lations, 1986

IN exercise of the J)OI'I'eI'S conferred by section 21SA of the Code

oi Police Laws, the Prime Minister has made the following regula tions:_

These regula tions may be cited 1$ the Bcrthing <Amendment)

Regulations, 1986 and sha ll be read and construed as onc with the

Berlhing Regu lations. 1975. hereinafter referred 10 as "the principal

regulations".

Immedia tely after regulation 4 of the principal regulations

there shall be added the following new regulation

S. The Director may prohibit swimming and all kinds
