toms. has made the following regulations:-

I. ( I ) These regulations may be ci ted as the Code of Organisa tion

and C ivil Procedure (Schedule A) (Amendment) Regu lations. 1986, and

shall be read and construed as one with Schedule A to the CodB of

Organ isatioD a nd Civil Procedure. hereina fter referred U) as

(2 ) These regulations ,hall come in to force on 20th J a nuary,
