Customs has made the followi ng regulations:-

(Amct1dment) Regulations. 19&6 .nd sha ll be read . nd construed u one

wi th the Oversea5 P05tal Regulations, 1924, hereinafter referred to 15

"the principal regularion5".

May, 1986.
