IN exercise of the poweu conferred by section 5 of the Public Louo

Ordinance. the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance and

C ustoms has made the following reguIHlions:_

I . These regulations may be cited H~ the Lotto (Amendment)

Regulations. 1986 and sh31! be read and construed as one with the Lotto

O.N. 2!~ of 1948 Regulatio n$. 1948. hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".
