and Sanitary Pipes in Asbestos Cement Order, 1986 (Order No. M 15 of
1986) was laid before the Ho use or Representatives in accordance with
subsection (2) of section 5 of the Q uality Control (E:tports, Imports and
Local Goods) Act, 1971. OD tbe 5th March. 1986 and that tbe la id Order
shall have eHect from 22nd A pril. 1986 .
