"d ruS" means a drog or ~mical listed in the Th ird Schedule

to the M edical and K indred ProfcSIlions Ordinance and any drug to

" practiTioner" means a medical practitioner. dental surgeon Of

"Superintendent" means the Superintendent of Public Health.

J. (I) It shall be the duty of every practitioner to inform the Notificallon and

as is notified under paragra ph (I) of tbis regulation.

() No practitioner lIlay prc!lCribe any drug to any sueb patient

unless he has first notified th e Superintendent as provided for in para-

graph (1 1 of this regulation.
