Assistan ts and Evidena: by Affidavi t Act, 1984. the Senior Deputy

Prime Minister and Minister of Justice and Parliamen tary Affail'S, with

the concurrence of the Ministe r of Finance and Customs has made the

following regula tions

I. These regulatio ns may be cited as the ludicial Assistants IInd C;,.,iooaoo

Evi dence by Affidavit (Fees and Forms) Regulations, 191)6, and shall oommer.ccmcnt,

come inlo force on the 15th January. 1986.
