WATER SUPPLY ORDINANCE (CAP. 36)

Water Supply (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1965

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Water

Supply Ordinance, the Minister of Works and Housing, with the con-

currence of the Minister of Finance and Customs, has made the following

regulations:—

These regulations may be cited as the Water Supply (Amendment)

Regulations, 1985, and shall be read and construed as one with the

Water Supply Regulations, 1948, hereinafter referred to as “the principal

regulations”.

For paragraph (a) of regulation 16 of the principal regulations

there shall be substituted the following

4c per 1m 3 ”.

“(a) Agricultural

In paragraph. (2) of regulation 23 of the principal regulations

for the figure “5%” there shall be substituted the figure “2% “.
