POLICE LICENCES ACT. 1949

Police Licences (Amendment) Regulations, 1985

IN exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Police

Licences Act, 1949, the Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior has

made the following regulations:—

(1) These regulations may be cited as the Police Licences

(Amendment) Regulations, 1985 and shall be read and construed as one

with the Police Licences Regulations, 1949, hereinafter referred to as

“the principal order”.

(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 1st day of

January, 1986.

In item 73 the First Schedule to the principal regulations, for

the figures Lm1 p.a. there shall be substituted the figures “Lm2 p.a.”.
