IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 12 of the Housing

Authority Act. 1976. the President of Malta has made the following

order:-

This order may be cited as the Ho using Authority (Transfer

of Assets) (No. 4) Order. 1985.

The property specified in paragraph 2 of this order shall be

transferred aDd vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the sec.
