ACT, 1984

(ACT NO. XVIII OF 1984)

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 (2) of the Judi-

cial Assistants and Evidence by Affidavit Act, 1984, the Senior Deputy

Prime Minister and Minister of Justice and Parliamentary Affairs has

appointed the 15th day of January, 1986 as the date on which all

the other provisions of that Act, which have not been brought into

force by virtue of Legal Notice 58 of 1984, shall come into force.
