QUALITY CONTROL (EXPORTS, IMPORTS

AND LOCAL GOODS) ACT, 1971

(ACT NO. XII OF 1971)

Date of Coming into Force of Order

The Malta Board of Standards hereby notifies that the Flexible

Polyurethane Foam Order, 1985 (Order No. M 14 of 1985) was laid

before the House of Representatives in accordance with subsection (2)

of section 5 of the Quality Control (Exports, Imports and Local Goods)

Act, 1971, on the 28th October, 1985 and that the said Order shall

have, effect from the 26th November, 1985.
