(AMENDMENT) ACT, 1985

(ACT NO. XII OF 1985)

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 (2) of the Code of

Organization and Civil Procedure (Amendment) Act, 1985, the Senior

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice and Parliamentary

Affairs has appointed the 8th day of November, 1985, as the date

on which sections 7 to 9, 12 to 14, 16, 17 and 19 to 25 of the said Act,

as amended by Act No. XX of 1985, shall come into force.
