IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 37 of the Telemalta

Corporation Act. 1975, the Board, with the approval of the Minister of

Parastatal and People's Industries, has made the following regulations:-

I . These regulations may be cited as the T elephone Service

(Amendment) Regulations, 1985, and shall be read and construed as one

with the T elephone Service R egulations. 1972, hereinafter referred to as

"the principal regulations".

:t Immediately after paragraph 25 in the First Schedule to the

principal regulations there shall be added the following new paragraph
