IN exercise of the powe~ conferred by section 2 of the Fea

Ordinance. the Deputy Prime Minisl~r and Minisl~rOr Finance Bnd

Custolll$, and the Minister of Trade and Economic Planning have made

the follo wing rcgula tions:-

I. Th ese regula tions may be ci ted ~s the Fees (Examination of

Video and Cinema tographic Materia l) Regu lations. 1985.

dwar id-Drittijiet għal Eżami ta' Ħwejjeġ tal-Video u taċ-Ċinema.

There shall be cha rged by the Comptroller of Customs or by

the Poslmaster-Gcneral. as the case may bc. for the examination of all

types of video recordings. exposed celluloid film and any other similar

type of ma terial. the following fees

(i) on every item of a commcrc i~t nature '"

Provided that any fee charge ablc under this regulation sItIll

be levied once only for the examination of identiCII I copies of the same

material impor1ed in the s:!mc consignmen t.
