Port Rates (Amendment) Regu .. lions, L985

IN cxcn:ise of lhe po'oOo-ers conferred by .section 42 of the Ports

Ordinance. 1962. tbe Prime Minister has made the following Teiula-

tions:-

I . These regulations may be ciled as the Pori Rates (Amendment) Cil&l:iotL

Regulations, 1985, and shall be read and construed as onc with

(ii) immediately after item (j) thereof there shall be

added the item and the respecti ve figures shown in Column I .

(e) in rub-paragraph (a) of paragraph I of Part I and in

sub-paragraphs (I) and (h) of paragraph I of Part 11 thereof fOf the

there shall be substituted in each case the words "Timber Wharf.

4, In item (vi) of the Table iD the Sixth Schedule to the principal

regulations for the word "aocompanied motor cars" in Column I and

words "accompanied motor cars and tourist coacbes" and "pcr motor

car or tour!!! cooch",

5, In sub-pa ragraph (a) of paragraph 1 of Part I and in sub.

paragraphs (a) and (b) of paragraph 1 of Part 11 of the Seventh

Schedule to the principal regulations fO!' the words "Timber Wharf or

Li ghter's Wharf" whereve r they occur there shall be substituted in each

case the words " Timber Wharf, Lighter's Wharf or Crucifix Quay,".
