Overseas Posbi] (A mendme nt) Regulations. 1985

IN exercise of the powers conIerrcd by section 11 of the Post

orfice Act, 1975, tile Minister of Trade aod Economic Planning. wilh

the concurrence of the M inister of Fmance and Olstoms, has made the

following regulations:-

I. (I) These regulations may be eil«! as the Overseas Postal

(Amendment) Regullu ions. 1985 and shall be rt:ad and construed as

one with the Oveneru; Postal Regulations. 1924. hereinafter rderred to

as " the principal regul ations".

(2) These ttgulations shall come into force on the day next

following the dale of their publication in the Gazette.

(1) Dawn ir-regolamenti jistgħu jissejjħu r-Regolamenti ta’

l-1985 li jemendaw ir-Regolamenti dwar il-Posta ta’ Barra minn Malta, u

għandhom jinqraw u jiftiehmu ħaġa waħda mar-Regolamenti ta’

l-1924 dwar il-Posta ta’ Barra minn Malta, hawnhekk iżjed il-quddiem

imsejħa “ir-regolamenti prinċipali”.

(2) Dawn ir-regolamenti għandhom jibdew iseħħu fil-jum li

jiġi minnufih wara d-data tal-pubblikazzjoni tagħhom fil-Gazzetta.
