MAINTENANCE ORDERS (RECIPROCAL ENFORCEMENT)

ACT, 1974

(ACT NO. XX OF 1974)

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 1 (2) of the Maintenance

Orders (Reciprocal Enforcement) Act, 1947, the Senior Deputy

Prime Minister and Minister of Justice and Parliamentary Affairs has

appointed the 20th day of November, 1984 as the date on which sections

3-to 20, both inclusive, of the said Act shall come into force only for the

purpose of reciprocal enforcement with the State of Manitoba, Canada.
