MAINTENANC E ORDERS (RECIPROCAl. EN.' OKCEMENT)

ACT, 1974

(ACT NO. XX OF L\l74)

O rder by Ihe I're!lident of the Republic 91 Malta

IN cl<ercise of the powers vested In me by section 3 of the

Maintenance Orders (Reciprocal Enforcement) Act. 1974. I. being

satisfied that. in tile evcn! of the benefi ts conferred by this Act being

applied 10 ma intenance orders made by the courts of Manitoba (Canada)

similar benefits will in that country be applied to mainteU3nce orders

made by the courts of Malta. hereby declare that I designate the whole

of the territory of M (milooo (Canada) 10 be. as from Ihe 20th day of

November. 1984. a reciprocating country for the purposes of that Act.
