IN exercise of the powers coofem:d by section 12 of the Housi ng
Authority Act. 1976. the President of Malla has made the following
order: -
I . This order may be cited a$ the Housing Authority (Transfer of
Assets) (No. S) Order, 1984.

The propcny described in paragl1lph 4 of this order is hereby
specified for the purpose~ of SC(:tion 12 of the Housing Authority Ae!'
1976,
The property specified in paragraph 2 of this order shall be
transferred and vesl in the Housing Authority as provided in the section
aforesaid with effect from the 18th September. 1984.
The property rt:ferred to in parngrnph 2 of this order is the Description of
