IN exerci se of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Housi ng
Authority Act. 11176, the President of Malta bas made the foll owing
I. Th is order may be cited as the Housing Auth ority (Transfer of
Assets) (No. 4) Order. 1984.

aforesa id with effect from the 71h A ugust. 1984.
