GOVERNMENT LOTTERIES ACT, 1981

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Govern·

ment Lotteries Act, 1981. the Deputy Prime Minister aod Minister of

Finance and Customs has made the following regulations:-

These regulations may be cited as the Government Lotteries

(Amendment) (No. 2) R egulations, 1984, and shall be read and construed

as one wilh the Government Lotteries Regulations. 1981. hereinafter

referred to as "the principal regulations".

For paragraph (2) of regulation 3 of the principal regulations

there shall be substituted the following

"(2) The draw held on the last Friday of March, June, Se~

tember and December shall be !mowu as the Grand Lottery and

the prizes for such a draw shall be those se t out in paragraph A of

the Schedule to these regulations.".
