IN exercise of rhe powers conferred by section 4 of the Malta Armed

Forces Act. 1970, the Prc ~ident of Malta has made the following

order:-

I. This order may be ci ted as the Armed Forces o f Malta

Cillcion.

a nd construed as one wi th the Armed Forces of Mal ta (Assignment of

Powers) Order. 1980. herei nafter referred to as "the principal order",
