Housing Authority (Transfer of Assets) Order, 1983

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Housing

Authority Act, 1976, the President of Malta has made the folIowing

order:-

This order 111ay be cited as the Housing Authority (Transfer of

Citatiol1.

Assets) Order, 1983.

The property described in paragraph 4 of this order is hereby

Specified

specified for the purposes of section 12 of the Housing Authority Act,

1976.

The property specified in paragraph 2 of this order shall be

transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the section

aforesaid with effect from the 11th day of February, 1983.

The prop;::rty referred to in paragraph 2 of this order is the

fol1owing, that is to say

(a) The following land forming part of the Buġibba (Il-Wilġa

tal- Veċċ) Government Housing Estate, limits of St. Pau1's Bay

(j) An area of land consisting of the p10ts in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 101 to 118 having an area of

approximately 3,711 square metres bounded on the North-

West South and East by Government property;

An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 119 to 145 having an area of

approximately 5,567 square metres bounded on the North,

South and West by Govcrnment property;

(iiil An area of land cOl1sisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 146 to 171 having an area of

approximately 5,373 square metres bounded on the North.

South, East and \\ie.st by Government property;

(iv) All urca of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 175 to 192 having an area of

approximately 3;735 ~quarc metres bounded on the North,

South and West by Government property;

(v) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 193 to 215 having an area of

approximately 4,701 square metres bounded on the North,

South and North-West by Government property;

(vi) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 216 to 226 having an area of

approximately 2,393 square metres bounded on the North,

South, East and North~West by Government property.

(b) The following land forming part of the Government

Housing Estate, Fgura

(i) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

J3state known as Plot Nos, 62 to 65 having an area of approxi-

mately 826 square metres bounded on the North. South. East

and West by Government property;

(iD An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 66 to 73 having an area of approxi-

mately 1,508' square metres bounded on the North. South,

East and West by Government property.

(c)

The following land forming part of the Government

Housinġ Estate. Qrendi

(i) · An area of landconsisting of the' plot in the said

Estate known as Plot No. 57 having an area of approxirnatety

225 square metres bounded on the North-East, South-West,

South-East and North-West by Government property;

(ii) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 58 to 60 having an area of approxi-

mately 646 square metres bounded' on the North-East, North-

. West and Soutħ-Westby Government property and· on the

South by a public road.
