Notice of coming into force

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section l

of the Devolution of Certai:n Church Property Act, 1983, the Senior

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of J ustice and Parliamentary

Affairs has appointed the 13th day of October, 1983, as the date on

which all the other provisions of the said Act, which have not been

brought into force by virtue of Legal Notice 38 of 1983, shall come

i'l1to force.
