Housing Authority (Transfer of Assets) (No. 3) Order, 1983

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Housing

Au thority Act, 1976, the President of Malta has made the foIlowing

order:-

This order may be cited as the Housing Authority (Transfer

of Assets) (No. 3) Order, 1983.

The property described in paragraph 4 of this order is hereby

specified for the purposes of section 12 of the Housing Authority Act,

1976.

The property specified in paragraph 2 of this order shall be

transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the section

aforesaid with effect from the 2nd September, 1983.

The property refer red to in paragraph 2 of this order is the

following, that is to say

(a) An area of land forming part of the Fgura Government

Housing Estate consisting of the plots in the said Estate known

as PIot Nos. 50 to 57 and 59 having an area of approximately

2514 square metres bounded on the North-Bast, South and Bast

by Government property.

(b) The following land forming part of the Tad-Daqqaq

Government Housing Bstate, in the limits of Mosta

(i) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 1 to 3, 6 to li, 13, 15 and 16,

18 to 20 and 22 to 27 having an area of approximately

4382.5 square metres bounded on the North, South, North-

Bast and West by Government property;

(i i) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate Known as PIot Nos. 4, 5, 14 and 30 to 34 having an

area of approximately 1846 square metres bounded on the

North-West by Valletta Road and on the South and North-

Bast by Government property.

(c) An area of land forming part of the Mqabba (By Pass)

Government Housing Estate consisting of the p]ots in the said Estate

known as Plot Nos. 71 to 73 and 75 to 79 having an area of

approximateIy 1628 square metres bounded on the North-West by

a public road and on the Bast and West by Government property.

(d) The following land forming part of the Tas-Sgħajtar

Government Housing Estate, limits of Naxxar

(i) An area of land consisting in the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 70 to 91 having an area of approxi-

mately 4347 square metres bounded on the North-West, South,

North-East and West by Government property;

(iD An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 66 to 69 and 92 to 95 having an

area of approximateIy 1780 square metres bounded on the

North-Bast, South, Bast and West by Government property.

(e) The following land forming part of the Bulebel iż-żgħir

Area Gavernment Housing Estate, in the limits of żabbar

(i) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. l to 76 having an area of approxi-

mately 23,732 square metres bounded on the North-West,

South-West, South.E!'H~t and North-East by Govemment pro-

(ii) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot :Mus. 77 to 81 having an area of ap-

proximately 1180 square metres bounded on the North, South,

Eust and WeBt by Government property;

(iii) An area of laIld consi!lting of the plots in the said

Estate known aa }lloi Nos. 104 to 109 having an area of

approximately 1895 square metres bounded on the North by

property of the Housing Authority and on the South-West,

Bas! and West by Government property;

(iv) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 120 to 137 having an area of

approximate1y 3526 square metres bounded on the North,

South, East and West by Government property.

(f) The following land forming part of the Ħa1-Mula Go-

vemment Housing Estate, in the limits of żebbuġ

(i) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as 1'lot Nos. 1 to 3 having an area of approxi-

mately 1196 sqnare metres bounded on the North, South and

East by Government property;

(i i) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot No s. 4,6 to 46 and 109 to 112 having

an area of approximately 14,210 square metres bounded on

the North-East, South-East and South-West by Government

property;

(iii) An a rea of land consisting of the plot in the said

Estate known as Plot No. 123 having an area of approximately

243.6 square metres bounded on the North, South, East and

West by property of the Housing Authority;

(iv) An area of land cOl1sisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot N os. 147 to 151 ha ving an area of

approximately 1464 square metres bounded on the North and

West by Government property, and on the South and East by

property of the Housing Authority.

(g) All area of land fonning part of the Ta' Ġok Government

Housing Estate, limits of Xewkija, Gozo consisting of the plots in

the said Estate known as Plot Nos.82 to 99 having an area of

approximately 3752 square metres bounded on the North-East,

South-West, East and West by Government property.

(h) House nurnbered l, New Government Buildings, Go-

vernment Housing Estate, Folverista Street, Cospicua.

House numbered 9, Government Housing Estate, Mġarr.

(i)

The following houses at Mosta:-
