DEVOLUTION OF CERTAIN CHURCH PROPERTY ACf, 1983

(ACT NO. X OF 1983)

Notice of coming into force of certain provisions

IN exeroise {lf the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section l

of the Devolution of Certain Church Property Act, 1983, the Senior

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice and Parliamentary

Affairs has appointed the 18th day of July, 1983, as the date on which

the provisions of:-

(a) sections 6. 7 and 10 of the Act and

(b) sectlon 8 of the Act only in so far as it affects the rights

under sections 6 and 7 of the said Act.
