Motor Vehicles (Tariff of Fares) (Amendment) ReguIations, 1983

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section 81

of the Code of Police Laws, the Minister of the Interior has made the

following regulations:-

(l) These regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehic1es

(Tariff of Fares) (Amendment) Regulations, 1983, and shall be read and

construed as one with the Motor Vehicles (Tariff of F ares) Regulations,

1982, hereinafter referred to as the "principal regulations".

(2)

These regulations shall come in to force on the 29th of

June, 1983.

Amends Ta.ble II

In Table 11 of the Second Schedule to the principal regulations,

for

the

figure ";[3.75c" there shall be substituted the figure "Lm6".
