Overseas Telephone Service (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1983

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 37 of the Telemalta

Corporation Act, 1975, the Board, with the approval of the Minister of

Parastatal and People's Investments, has made the following regula-

tions:-

(1) These regulations may be cited as the Overseas Telephone

Service (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1983, and shall be read and

construed as one with the Overseas Telephone Service Regulations,

1957, hereinafter referred to as "the principfll regulations".

(2)

These regulations shall come into force on the 15th June,

1983.

For the Fourth Schedule to the principal regulations there shall

be substituted the following

from Mondays to Satu:rd2Ys between 9.00 p.m. and 8.00 a.m. of the

folilowing morning and cans ,effected on Sunday (all day)
