Buoyage Dues (Amendment) Regulations, 1983

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sections 12, 26 and 42 of

the Ports Ordinance. 1962, the Prime Minister has made the following

regulations : -

(1 ) These regulations may be cited as the Buoyage Dues

commencement. (Amendment) Regulations, 1983, and shall be read and construed as

L.N. 44 of 1979 one with the Buoyage Dues Regu1ations, 1979, hereinafter referred to as

"the principal rcgu1ations".

(2) These regulations shall come into force three days after

their publication in the Gazette.

(1) Paragraph (2) of regulation 9 of the principal regu1ations

shall be deleted.

(2) Paragraph (lA) of regulation 9 of the principal regula-

tions shall be renumbered (2).

For the Schedu1e to the principal regulations there shall be

substituted the fol1owing:-
