Motor VeħicIes (Tariff of Fares) (Amendment) Regulations" 1.983

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section 81

of the Code of Police Laws, the Minister of the Interior has made the

following regulations:--

These regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehic1es (Tariff of

Fares) (AmendmenO Regulations, 1983, and shall be read and construed

as one with the Motor Vehic1es (Tariff of Fares) Regulations, 1982,

hereinafter referred to as the "principal regulations".

In p2ragraph 6 of the Third Schedule to the principal regula-

tions there shall be deleted the words "and shalI be black in colour".
