O'/erseas Tclep,h one Service (Amendment) Regulations, 1983

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 37 of the Telemalta

Corporation Act, 1975, the Board, with the approva! of the Minister of

?ara~t?tal and People's Inv~stments, has made the following regula-

tions:-

(I) These regulations may be cited as the Overseas Telephone

Service (Amendment) Regulations, 1983, and shall be read and con-

stmed as one with the Overseas Telephone Service Regulations. 1957,

hereinafter refelTed to as "the principal regulations".

(2)

These regulations shall come into force on 1st May, 1983.

At the end of the Fourth Schedule to the principal regulations

there shall be added the foHowing

"Special tariff of charges for automatic overseas telephone calls effected

from Monday.l" 10 Saturdays belH;een 9.00 p.ln. and 8.00 a.m. of the

following morning and calls effected on Sunday (all day)
