BUILDING DEVELOPMENT AREAS ACT, 1983

(ACT NO. I OF 1983)

Building. Development Areas Regulations, 1983

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sections 7 and 18 of the

Building Development Areas Act, 1983, the Minister of Works has made

the following regulations:-

l. These regulations may becited as the Building Development

Areas Regulations, 19.83.

(1) For the purposes of subsection (2) of section 7 of the Build-

ing Development Areas Act, 1983, the plan to be submitted with the

documents referred to in the said subsection shall be at a scale of 1:2500.

(2) The boundaries of the land to which the plan refers and

which are mentioned in the deed of transfer shall be indicated on the

plan.

(3) The plan shall be signed by a person having the warrant

of i\rchitect and Civil Engineer.
