QUALITY CONTROL (EXPORTS, IMPORTS AND

LOCAL GOODS) ACT, 1971

(ACT NO. XIII OF 1971)

Date of c'o ming into' effect oi Order

The Malta Board of Standards hereby notifies that the Red Oxide

Priming Paint Order, 1982 (Order Number Mll of 1982) was laid

before the House of Representatives in accordance with subsection (2)

of section 5 of the Quality Control (Exports, Imports and Local Goods)

Act, 1971 on the 7th February, ]983, and that the said Order shaH

come into effect on the 15th March, 1983.
