PUBLIC LOTTO ORDINANCE (CAP. 110)

Lotto (Amendment) Regulations, 1983

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Public Lotto

Ordinance, the Minister of Finance has made the folIowing regula-

tions:-

l. (l) These regu1ations may be cited as the Lotto (Amendment)

Regulations, 1983 and sha1l be read and construed as one with the Lotto

Regulations, 1948, hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".

Thesc regulations shaB have effect from the 7th March,

For regulation 7 of the principal regulations there shaH be sub-

stituted the following

Lotto tickets shaH be of the following values

5 cents

10 cents

25 cents

for a single stake, and

10 cents

25 cents

Lml,

for a combination of stakes on the same ticket in cases where such

combination is expressly allowed.".
