Port Workers (Amendment) Regulations, 1982

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Port

Workers Ordinance, 1962, the Minister of Parastatal and People's

Investments, with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, has

made the following regulations:-

These regulations may be cited as the Port Workers

(Amendment) Regulations, 1982, and shall be read and con-

strued as one with the Port \Vorkers Regulations, 1966, hereinafter

referred to as "the principal regulations".

In Schedule 3 to the principal regulations, for the figures

"25c" wherever they occur there shall be substituted in each case

the figures "32c5".
