Electricity Supply (Amendment) Regulations, 1982

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 39 of the Enemalta

Act. 1977, Enemalta with the approval of the Minister of Parastatal

and People's Investments has made the following regulations:-

(1) These regulations may be cited 3.S the Electricity Supply

(Amendment) Regulations, 1982 and shaH be read and construed as

one with the Electricity Supply Regulations, 1939, hereinafter referred

to as "the principal regulations".

(2) These regulations shaH come into effect, with respect to

any consumer, immediately after the first reading of the relative electri-

city meter made after the first day of January, 1983.

"Rebate

42. Every consumer shaH be granted a rebate of five
