Housing Authority (Transfer of Assets) (No. 6) Order, 1982

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Housing

Authority Act, 1976, the President of Malta has made the fol1owing

order:-

l. This order may be cited as the Housing Authority (Transfer of

Assets) (No. 6) Order, 1982.

The property described in paragraph 4 of this order is hereby

specified for the purposes of section 12 of the Housing Authority Act,

1976.

The property specified in paragraph 2 of this order shall be

transferred and vest in the Housing Authonty as provided in the section

aforesaid with effect from the 21st December, 1982.

The property referred to in paragraph 2 of this order is the

fol1owing, that is to say

(a) An area of land forming part of the Tal-Millieri Govern-

ment Housing Estate, Għaxaq, consisting of the p10ts in the said

Estate known as PlOts Nos. l to 28 havmg an area of approximately

5,068 square metres bounded on the North-East, South, South-East

and North-West by Government property.

(b) The following land forming part of the Luqa (near

Airport Hote1) Government Housmg Estate, Luqa

(i) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. l to 27 having an area of approxi-

mately 5,238 square metres bounded on tne North, SOllth-West

and East by Govemment property;

(ii) An area of land consisting of the p10ts in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 28 to 52 havmg an area of ap-

proxm1ately 4,'iu4 square metres bounaea on the North-

West, South, South-bast and South-West by Government

property;

(iiD An area of land consisting of the p10ts in the said

Estate known as .Plot .Nos. 53 to 74 havmg an area of approxi-

mately 4,039 square metres bounded on the North-West, South-

Bast, North-East and South-West by Government property;

(iv) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 75 to 80 having an area of approxi-

mately 1,343 square metres bounded on the North-West. South-

West. North-East and South-Bast by Government property;

(v) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as PlOt Nos. 81 to 88 having an area of approxi-

matelY 1,937 square metres bounded on the North-West. South-

Bast, North-East and South-West by Government property.

(c) The following land forming part of the Tal-Warda

Government Housing Estate, Qrendi

(i) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 84 to 87 having an area of approxi-

mately 766 square metres bounded on the North, South, East

and West by Government property;

(ii) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 88 to 94 having an area of aoproxi-

mately 1,581 square metres bounded on the North, East and

West by Government property.

(d) FIat numbered 4, Block F 5, Entrance A, Government

Housing Estate, Mosta.

The following houses at Rabat, Malta
