PUBLIC LOTTO ORDINANCE (CAP. 110)

Lotto (Amendment) Regulations, 1982

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Public

Lotto Ordinance. the Minister of Finance has made the following

regulations:-

(l) These regulations may be cited as the Lotto (Amend-

ment) Regulations, 1982 and shaH be read and construed as one with

G .N . 222 of 1948 the Lotto Regulations, 1948, hereinafter referred to as "the principal

regulations" .

(2) These regulations shaH

from the 27th

December, 1982.

For regulation 7 of the principal regulations there sha1l be

substituted the following

"7.

Lotto tickets sha1l be of the foHowing values

5 cents,

la cents,

25 cents,

Lml,

for a single stake, and

6 cents,

12 cents,

18 cents,

25 cents,

Lml,

for a combination of stakes on the same ticket in cases where such

combination is expressly alIowed.",
