Housing Authority (Transfer of Assets) (No. 5) Order, 1982

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Housing

Authority Act, 1976, the President of Malta has made the following

order: -

l. This order may be cited as the Housing Authority (Transfer of

Assets) (No. 5) Order, 1982.

The property described in paragraph 4 of this order is hereby

specified for the purposes of section 12 of the Housing Authority Act,

1976.

The property specified in paragraph 2 of this order shall be

transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the section

aforesaid with effect from the 2nd November, 1982.

The property referred to in paragraph 2 of this order is the

following. that is to say

(a) House numbered 3, Row E3 , Ta' Paris Government

Housing Estate, Birkirkara.

(b) House numbered 97, Government Housing Estate. Dingli.

(c) House numbered 43 , Ta' MIit Government Housing

Estate, Mosta.

(d) House numbered 3, Għajn Qajjet Government Housing

Estate, Rabat, Malta.

(e) FIat numbered 8, Block 9, Door A, Tulip Street,

Neighbourhood 2, Government Housing Estate, San Ġwann.

(f) FIat numbered 1, Block B, Turretta Street, Government

Housing Estate, Santa Venera.

(g) The following houses at Ta' Xbiex

(i) House numbered 22. Government Housing Estate,

Ta' Xbiex;

(ii) House numbered 49, Watar Street. Government

Housing Estate, Ta' Xbiex.

(h) House numbered 58, Govemment Housing Estate, żejtun.

(i) The following houses at żurrieq

(i) House numbered 28, Government Housing Estate,

żurrieq;

(ii)

House numbered 67, Government Housing Estate,

żurrieq.
