FACTORIES ORDINANCE (CAP. 169)

Factories (Hoists and Lifts) (Amendment) Regulations, 1982

Notice of coming into force

THE Minister of Labour and Social Services hereby noti:fies

that the Factories (Hoists and Lifts) (Amendment) Regulations, 1982

were laid before the House of Representatives in accordance with the

provisions of section 3 of the Factories Ordinance on the 22nd Sep-

tember, 1982, and that the said regulations shall come into force on

the 26th October, 1982.
