Notice of coming into force

IN exercise of the powers cenferred by subsectien (2) of sectien l

of the Land Registratien Act, 1981, the Senier Deputy Prime Minister

and Minister of Justice and Parliamentary Affairs has appointed the

15th day of Nevember, 1982, as the date on which the provisiens of

sectien 15 ef the said Act shall ceme inte ferce with respect te land

situated in areas dec1ared te be registratien areas fer the purposes ef

sectien 10 ef the said Act.
